How can I book my appointment?
Use the Wooksy app to search for a Provider that fits the services you are looking for. Using their Business Profile, you can explore their portfolio of work, reviews, and services offered. Simply select a service and an appointment date and time to book.
How can I cancel my appointment?
You can manage your appointments via the Appointments tab in the mobile app. The time frame for cancellations without penalty is set up individually by each Provider. If your cancellation falls within the time frame specified by the shop, you will incur a charge set by the Provider.
How much will you collect for canceling a booking?
Each Provider can set up their own cancelation fee. Please check your booking confirmation email to review the Provider's cancellation policy.
Is a Wooksy Profile required to book an appointment?
Yes, a Wooksy account is required to complete a booking with a Provider. Accounts require an email address and a secure password, along with a phone number. Once an account is created, users can easily confirm and manage their appointments.
Why Can’t I Book an Appointment?
Some providers have booking limitations. You may see that time slots are available, but a Provider may have those pre-designated.
